SMS Service

By texting our business number at 970-802-2400, you consent to receive text messages from Clean Kitchen. Available commands:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your subscription preferences. You may receive daily or weekly notifications depending on your chosen settings. Menu responses and ordering links are sent only when you request them.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you text us again.

Ordering and Payments

Online orders placed through links we provide are processed by Square. All payment transactions are subject to Square's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

Personalized Links

Subscription and ordering links we send are tied to your phone number. Do not share these links with others.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Clean Kitchen provides this messaging service as a convenience. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including message delivery failures, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in menu or ordering information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
