We collect information when you text our business number at 970-802-2400, and when you make requests on our website. You can:

• Text us to receive the current menu
• Text SUBSCRIBE to set up subscription preferences for specials and food preference notifications

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you our current menu when requested
• Send subscription notifications (daily or weekly, based on your preferences) about specials and items matching your food preferences
• Provide personalized ordering links

SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your phone number or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following service providers solely to operate our service:

• Twilio – delivers text messages on our behalf. Message history is retained by Twilio for up to 13 months per their default settings.
• Square – processes payments. We do not store credit card numbers or payment card data. All payment information is handled directly by Square.

Opt-Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can text HELP for assistance.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your subscription preferences are deleted or updated immediately per your instructions. Message history and phone number records may be retained by Twilio for up to 13 months per their default retention policy.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your personal information. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service.
