Meet the Farmers

What's in a pie?

We're proud to serve food from the North Fork Valley of the Gunnison. Read on for opportunities to meet them yourself through self service farm stands, CSAs, and farmer's markets.

How we source

This is a relationships-based
supply chain.

We buy from traditional suppliers only what we can't get local — butter, olive oil, vinegars, salt, pepper, spices, plus some packaging and supplies. We buy mostly organic, but make practical considerations for cost.

Things we particularly watch out for are: glyphosate, PFAS, any pesticides or herbicides, growth hormones, and antibiotics. It's our view that these things don't belong in food and are primary contributors to the chronic disease epidemic in the United States. Our commitment to you is to offer you food free of these things.

See below for a full list of our sources in and out of the North Fork Valley.

Traditional sources.

We can't get everything local, but we do our best to pick good sources for our health and yours. We buy mostly organic, and are always on the watch to keep toxins out of our food.
